The Visit Ramallah app and website are run by the Tourist Information Center of Ramallah Municipality. For any question about the app, a place in the guide or a visit to the city, contact us:
No. The app has no accounts and never asks you to sign in.
Yes. Open Settings in the app and choose Download for offline. It saves the places, pages and the city-centre map on your phone in both languages, about 35 MB, so the guide works without a local SIM.
Turn notifications off for Visit Ramallah in your phone's settings (Settings → Notifications on iPhone, Settings → Apps → Visit Ramallah → Notifications on Android).
No. The app uses your location only on your phone, to show where you are on the map and to notice when you reach a stop on a trail. It is never sent to the Municipality or anyone else.
Email tic@ramallah.ps from the address or phone number you gave, and tell us which photo or application it is. We will remove it. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
Please tell us the name of the place and what has changed, by email or on the free number. Corrections appear in the app and on the website together.

لا. التطبيق لا يحتوي على حسابات ولا يطلب منك تسجيل الدخول.
نعم. افتح الإعدادات في التطبيق واختر التنزيل للاستخدام دون اتصال. يحفظ ذلك الأماكن والصفحات وخريطة وسط المدينة على هاتفك باللغتين، بحجم يقارب 35 ميغابايت، فيعمل الدليل دون شريحة محلية.
أوقف إشعارات «زوروا رام الله» من إعدادات هاتفك (الإعدادات ← الإشعارات على آيفون، أو الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ← زوروا رام الله ← الإشعارات على أندرويد).
لا. يستخدم التطبيق موقعك على هاتفك فقط، ليُظهر مكانك على الخريطة ويعرف متى تصل إلى محطة في المسار. ولا يُرسَل إلى البلدية ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى.
راسلنا على tic@ramallah.ps من البريد أو الرقم الذي أعطيتنا إياه، وأخبرنا أي صورة أو طلب تقصد، وسنحذفه. وتوضح سياسة الخصوصية ما نحتفظ به ومدته.
أخبرنا باسم المكان وما الذي تغيّر، بالبريد الإلكتروني أو على الرقم المجاني. تظهر التصحيحات في التطبيق والموقع معاً.
