Visit Ramallah — this website and the Visit Ramallah mobile app — is published by Ramallah Municipality. By using either one you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
The content is for planning and enjoying a visit to Ramallah. You may read it, share links to it and print pages for your own use. You may not copy the content or the pictures in bulk, republish them as your own, or use automated tools to harvest the site or its programming interface.
We take care with what we publish, but places close, timetables move and prices change, sometimes faster than we can update the guide. Information is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is complete or current. Before you rely on it — especially for travel, opening times, accessibility or safety — confirm it with the place or organiser directly.
Directions and the map are a help, not an instruction. Follow local signs and the law, and take care on roads and trails.
Some parts of the service let you send us something: a photograph of a place, an application to volunteer as a greeter, a message, a form, an answer to a poll. When you do:
Photographs. You keep the copyright in a photograph you send. What you allow us to do with it is exactly what the confirmation you tick in the app says: to publish it in the Visit Ramallah app together with the name and caption you gave. Every photograph is reviewed by a person first. We may decline it, and we may remove a published photograph at any time — including when you, or someone in the picture, asks us to.
We read what is sent to us, and we may decline, shorten or remove anything that breaks these terms.
The guide links to websites and services we do not run — booking sites, venues, maps, video. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information; their own terms and policies apply.
We aim to keep the service running, but we may change, pause or withdraw any part of it, and it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
The guide is provided free, as a public service. As far as the law allows, Ramallah Municipality is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the guide or relying on its information, from the content of websites it links to, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Palestine. Any dispute about them is heard by the competent courts in Ramallah.
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

تصدر بلدية رام الله خدمة «زوروا رام الله»، أي هذا الموقع الإلكتروني وتطبيق الهاتف «زوروا رام الله». باستخدامك أيّاً منهما فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، يرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
المحتوى مخصّص للتخطيط لزيارة رام الله والاستمتاع بها. يمكنك قراءته ومشاركة روابطه وطباعة صفحاته لاستخدامك الشخصي. لا يجوز نسخ المحتوى أو الصور بالجملة، أو إعادة نشرها على أنها لك، أو استخدام أدوات آلية لجمع محتوى الموقع أو واجهته البرمجية.
نتوخّى العناية فيما ننشره، لكن الأماكن قد تُغلق والمواعيد قد تتبدّل والأسعار قد تتغيّر، أحياناً أسرع مما نستطيع تحديث الدليل. تُقدَّم المعلومات كما هي، دون ضمان لاكتمالها أو حداثتها. قبل الاعتماد عليها، خصوصاً في السفر ومواعيد العمل وإمكانية الوصول والسلامة، تأكّد منها مباشرة مع المكان أو الجهة المنظّمة.
الاتجاهات والخريطة وسيلة مساعدة وليست تعليمات. اتّبع الإشارات المحلية والقانون، وانتبه على الطرق والمسارات.
تتيح لك بعض أجزاء الخدمة إرسال شيء إلينا: صورة لمكان، أو طلب تطوع كمعرّف، أو رسالة، أو نموذج، أو إجابة عن استطلاع. عندما تفعل ذلك:
الصور. تبقى حقوق النشر في الصورة التي ترسلها لك. وما تسمح لنا بفعله بها هو بالضبط ما ينص عليه الإقرار الذي تؤشّر عليه في التطبيق: نشرها في تطبيق «زوروا رام الله» مع الاسم والتعليق اللذين قدّمتهما. يراجع شخصٌ كل صورة أولاً، ويجوز لنا رفضها، كما يجوز لنا إزالة صورة منشورة في أي وقت، بما في ذلك عندما تطلب ذلك أنت أو شخص يظهر فيها.
نقرأ ما يُرسل إلينا، ويجوز لنا رفض أو اختصار أو إزالة أي شيء يخالف هذه الشروط.
يحتوي الدليل روابط إلى مواقع وخدمات لا نديرها، مثل مواقع الحجز والأماكن والخرائط والفيديو. لسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها أو عن طريقة تعاملها مع معلوماتك، وتسري عليها شروطها وسياساتها الخاصة.
نسعى إلى إبقاء الخدمة متاحة، لكن يجوز لنا تغيير أي جزء منها أو إيقافه مؤقتاً أو سحبه، وقد تتوقف للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.
يُقدَّم الدليل مجاناً كخدمة عامة. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمّل بلدية رام الله المسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر ينتج عن استخدام الدليل أو الاعتماد على معلوماته، أو عن محتوى المواقع التي يرتبط بها، أو عن تعذّر الوصول إلى الخدمة. ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يسمح القانون بتحديدها.
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في فلسطين، وتختص المحاكم المختصة في رام الله بالنظر في أي نزاع بشأنها.
إذا عدّلنا هذه الشروط، سنحدّث هذه الصفحة والتاريخ في أعلاها. ويعني استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديل موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.
